Colonia

Colonia is a little city but pinturesque and interesting; its historical center had declared humanity patrimony for the Unesco and cover a few blocks with old restaurants, hispanic-portuguese constructions, the fort and the lighthouse.

For arrived i used the ferry of the Buquebus Company from Buenos Aires. Is interesting to use the two types of ships that the Company provide. To go i used the fast boat that arrived in the Colonia Port at 1 hour 30 minuts. For come back i used the big ship and arrived in Buenos Aires in 3 hours.

For visit the historical center you need about 2 hours because it have about only 10 blocks. Outside of the historical center in a 3 kms skirting the coast is the bull square. I recommend rent a bike in the center or in a square because these are very cheap.
